Seamlessly combining contemporary boutique design with panoramic views of Lake Jindabyne and the Snowy Mountains, this expansive three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment balances effortless entertaining with room for everyone to spread out.
Every detail has been carefully curated, from the sun-drenched dining table at the window and the open-plan living spaces to the three generous bedrooms, with tartan walls, faux-fur throws, vintage skis and Chamonix posters throughout. Cafés and restaurants are right downstairs, and the edge of the lake is a minute's walk away.

Watch the weather come across the lake
The front of the living room is one big wall of glass. Two armchairs face the water, and the balcony takes in the whole sweep of the lake and the hills behind it. Over the Easter long weekend, it's a front-row seat for the fireworks.

One big table, one big view
The living level is open plan: a deep sectional sofa, a live-edge timber dining table big enough for the whole group, and a full kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. The balcony opens off the dining end.
Where you'll sleep
Two floors, three bedrooms
Both king bedrooms are on the entry level: the master with its own ensuite and walk-in robe, and the second king beside the main bathroom with its deep bath. Upstairs, next to the living area, is the bunk room, with the third bathroom just across the hall. Every bedroom has heating, a ceiling fan and a robe.

Snow season
In the winter months, use Jasper 3 as your launchpad to Australia's premier ski fields. Thredbo and Perisher are about half an hour's drive, or take the Skitube from Bullocks Flat, with gear rental right in town.

Lake and high country
When the snow melts, take on the iconic summer hike to the summit of Mount Kosciuszko, Australia's highest peak, or book a horseback trek through alpine streams and snow gum forests. Across the road on the foreshore, spend sun-drenched days on the water.

Gorgeous apartment.
We were a group of old school friends coming together and the apartment was so perfect for us… Great to have so many bathrooms… Loved the warm timbers, beautiful prints and cool quirky decor. Beautiful views of the lake and so convenient to restaurants, cafes and the supermarket in Jindy… [The hosts] were easy to communicate with and all of the instructions were clear and helpful, all the things you want in a holiday apartment. We'll be back for sure.
