Right in the heart of town, Jasper 1 looks straight down Lake Jindabyne to the ranges beyond. Inside it's tartan and faux fur, vintage Chamonix posters and a pair of old skis by the door — a proper place to land after a day on the hill, and to spread out over a long lunch.

Big front windows pull the light and the lake right in. Step out to the balcony for the full sweep of water and mountains.
